Kern County Taxpayers Association (KernTax) hosted our 81st Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. Joining KernTax as a special guest speaker and presenting “Economic & Real Estate Market Outlook,” was Chief Economist and Senior Vice-President of Research at the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Dr. Lawrence Yun.
In additional to the main speaker, two local speakers discussed relevant topics happening in Kern County. “Measure N” was presented by Barry Hibbard and “Kern County at Crossroads” was presented by Jess Fredrick.
